Return Policy

• You can return or exchange your product within 3 days of delivery.

• The item must be unused, unstitched, and in its original packaging with all tags attached.

• Returns are accepted only if the product is damaged, defective, or incorrect at the time of delivery.

• For size or color exchange, delivery charges may apply.

Important Note

Please note that once a dress is stitched, washed, or altered, it cannot be returned or exchanged — even if the color fades or the fabric gets damaged after stitching or use. We strongly recommend checking the fabric and color before stitching.

How to Request a Return

To start a return, contact our customer support team via live chat or WhatsApp with your order number and reason for return. Our team will assist you step by step.

Refunds

• Once your return is received and inspected, your refund will be processed within 5–7 working days.

• Refunds are issued through the original payment method (or bank transfer for COD orders).

• Shipping charges are non-refundable, unless the product you received was incorrect or damaged.

Non-Returnable Items

Used, stitched, washed, or altered items cannot be returned or refunded under any circumstances.
