You can return or exchange your product within 3 days of delivery.

The item must be unused, unstitched, and in its original packaging with all tags attached.

Returns are accepted only if the product is damaged, defective, or incorrect at the time of delivery.

For size or color exchange, delivery charges may apply.
Important Note
Please note that once a dress is stitched, washed, or altered, it cannot be returned or exchanged — even if the color fades or the fabric gets damaged after stitching or use. We strongly recommend checking the fabric and color before stitching.
How to Request a Return

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, your refund will be processed within 5–7 working days.

Refunds are issued through the original payment method (or bank transfer for COD orders).
